Michelle has a PhD in Organizational Leadership, in addition to an MBA. While at General Electric, she received training and certification in Lean Six Sigma for manufacturing and service industries. This initiated her passion for continuous improvement in the companies she serves. She has seen that technology is not a silver bullet to solve all business problems; the organization must train the employees, provide them with solid processes and procedures, and analyze the output in addition to the IT infrastructure.
Experienced in corporate consulting, Michelle enjoys helping people solve problems with sustainable solutions. To do this for a variety of clients, she has been fortunate to hire like-minded employees that have extensive experience performing complementary work.
